Simpson Signature Homes was founded right here in Lee County, Florida. At just 19 years old, our founder CJ Simpson started this company with a straightforward mission: build homes the right way — with integrity, quality materials, and personal accountability for every detail.

We've grown from small renovation projects into a full-service custom home construction company serving Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. But our approach remains the same. We stay personally involved in every build. We communicate openly with our clients. And we don't cut corners to save time or money.
